Here at Gabriel Marketing Group, we’re not typically ones to brag. But as recent events would have it, we’re finding modesty a little more difficult than usual. That’s why we’re taking this opportunity not only to give ourselves a pat on the back, but to also congratulate all of the incredibly hard work and dedication that every single member of the GMG team has put into this company and our clients this year.

As 2014 comes to a close, GMG is proud to announce that we have received recognition from four different national and international awards for the public relations and marketing projects we have produced for our disruptive technology clients:

International Davey Award. In November, GMG was selected by the Academy of Interactive and Visual Arts to receive Silver for Excellence in Online Film or Video Animation at the International Davey Awards. With roughly 4,000 entries from across the U.S. and around the world, the Davey Awards honors the finest creative work from small firms, agencies and companies worldwide. GMG was ecstatic to take home silver from such a prestigious award.

Mar Com Awards. GMG received both Platinum and Gold at the 2014 Mar Com Awards, as well as several honorable mentions. Chosen among 6,000 entries and companies from 34 different countries around the world and all 50 states, GMG was awarded Platinum for logo design, Gold for video design and a second Gold for a strategic rebrand program.

Stevie Awards for Women in Business. Both GMG and our CEO and Founder Leah Nurik took home Bronze awards at the 11th Annual Stevie Awards for Women in Business. GMG was awarded Bronze for Company of the Year, while Nurik took home Bronze in the Female Entrepreneur of the Year category. GMG was selected from more than 1,200 entries submitted by organizations and individuals around the world – an enormous achievement for everyone at the company.

50 on Fire. Last, but certainly not least, GMG is proud to announce that Leah Nurik was recently named to InTheCapital’s list of 50 on Fire in the DC area, for the marketing and advertising category. The 50 on Fire Awards celebrate visionary individuals and companies across Washington, D.C., and Nurik was named a winner from more than 1,500 nominations from exceptional companies and individuals throughout the District.

Gabriel Marketing Group is comprised of some seriously tenacious, devoted and enthusiastic people and it’s an honor to have all of our hard work and commitment recognized by such prestigious awards. It has been a truly successful year of creativity and innovation and we’re ready and excited to see what 2015 will bring for us, as well as our cutting-edge clients.
